Local buses are a good way to get there.
The buses (Chiba Institute of Science line) leave from No. 5 bus stop in front of Choshi Station(銚子駅). Get on the bus and get off at the "In front of Chiba Institute of Science Marina(千葉科学大学マリーナ前)" bus stop.

You can also take the same bus to Kawaguchi shrine (get off at "Myojinshita(明神下)").
